Just purchased Heca FSX from Simmarket with activation key.

After launching the installer, my licence key+mail address could not be verified and therefore be re-addressed to your website to re-activate the key (?) where I cannot complete the required form: I have never been given a reference number from simmarket.
I try to input my mail address instead of the missing ref number, in the required field on your webpage.
I have never received any mail from you with a "new" re-activated key, also i don't have any mail fro you in my spam folder either.
Please advise.

The reference number is the simMarket order number.
Check is the SDG folder has been created in the FSX install folder. In it there should also be the HECAX folder. If this is the case, then all you need to do is manually add this area to the scenery library.
