Good day sir, I just tried to call you on two numbers, the one you supplied in your kind email message and the one we have on the database and associated with your license key. I was not lucky enough to get through to you on both.
Our records also showed that you only tried to install the product once. Since the problem was, as stated in your message, that the installer was complaining about Internet connectivity, I suggest you try again as the installer suggested.
I have reactivated your key for you so you can try again. If things are not working for you for some strange reason, then please drop us another line on email to
